Yeakia Johnson

Yeakia Johnson is a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager at the Boeing Company. Her passion for people and making the world better shine through her work and continuous leadership. She has experience successfully leading major projects and teams through significant critical change and has become a "go-to" project manager renowned for her "can-do" attitude and ability to work with others to accomplish the hardest objectives.

She is involved in Women in Aviation International (WAI), a non-profit dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of women in all aviation career fields and interests. She is also a member of the Society of STEM Women of Color, a group of women committed to an intersectional approach for empowering Women of Color in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Yeakia earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the College of Charleston and her Master of Business Administration from Capella University.
