Closing business. I appreciate those who supported me but I can’t afford to keep it running.

I consider myself fortunate to be a woman. I have a strong and wonderful daughter and countless women friends, and I have had many professional opportunities over the years. I also have enjoyed successfully working with female business partners.

The core of my expertise is developing relationships with not-for-profit organizations and local businesses, and then connecting them for mutual benefit. I excel at planning and executing events that bring new clients and revenue to any type of business.

I have worked with a myriad of high-profile businesses and individuals including authors and artists, physicians, jewelry designers, celebrity golfers, inns/hotels, spas, retail stores, and restaurants,. I easily and effectively interact across a variety of cultures and backgrounds.

One of my signature events was an evening for women called Wine Women & Wisdom, which became a beloved favorite in Fairfield County, CT. In 2017, I initiated Wine, Women & Wisdom Lowcountry in Charleston, SC. The event has been well received and we will resume in-person as soon as possible. Attendees enjoy a great evening of food and drink, entertainment, and information from celebrities, authors and other speakers. Event sponsors benefit from the positive exposure and a not-for-profit organization receives a portion of the proceeds.

When Fer Caggiano spoke with me about her vision to empower young girls and women through her art, I immediately embraced this unique opportunity to influence the next generation of girls in our area and beyond. It has been the ultimate coming together of strong and inspiring women.

Like A Girl: Dare To Dream has been my labor of love for more than two years. Having worked on every aspect except the painting, I am proud of my role in shaping the project since its inception and bringing it to its current level. Through my wide network, I have researched and enlisted nearly every one of our strong and inspiring women. I also explored and connected us to the three not-for-profit organizations – each with a relevant philosophy and vision - to which we will donate 100% of net proceeds. I have examined and am now reaching out to numerous potential sponsors to support our project, including women-owned firms. Finally, I have been primarily responsible for the marketing and coverage Like A Girl: Dare to Dream has had in various media. I continue to be excited, humbled and proud to be a part of this inspiring initiative.
